Server bug/lag

Last days there is a server lag/bug ....

On T there spawn 20/30 broken cars that normally are spawned on the road.
Because that bug the server lags hard.
Maybe can the admin+rcon chance this?

Is om3n the only 1 who can chance this?

yeah sometimes my computer lag when i played in this server
